Deliveries and returns
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), to which is added the delivery time specific to each carrier.
As a guide, in mainland France, you generally expect:
- At home: 48 working hours
- Express: 24 working hours
Delivery costs are free from 65 € of purchase in metropolitan France, and from 150 € for delivery in Europe. For orders below these amounts:
- At home in France : €7.90
- Rest of Europe : €22

The delivery times announced are given as an indication . It may happen that the delivery time is a little longer than expected. Do not hesitate to regularly check the tracking of your package and if necessary, contact the carrier in charge of it.

You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. The return costs are your responsibility.
- Contact us at ploomiekids@gmail.com specifying your order number.
- Pack the item carefully.
- Send it to the address given in our reply.
- We will refund you within 7 working days after receiving the return.
Order
You can contact us quickly after validating the order. If it has not yet been shipped, we will do what is necessary to modify or cancel it.
However, it may happen that your order is processed very quickly after its validation. In this case, modification or cancellation is not guaranteed .

We pay careful attention to each product before sending it to you.

Care instructions
Silicone products can be hand washed with warm soapy water or put in the dishwasher. They are resistant to high temperatures and can be sterilized.
Yes, all of our silicone products are microwave safe. Just be sure to remove any wooden or metal accessories, if present.
Absolutely! Our silicone products are resistant to low temperatures, perfect for storing and freezing baby food.
Although silicone is durable, some highly pigmented foods (such as tomato sauce) may leave marks. It is advisable to wash the product immediately after use to avoid persistent stains.
Teething toys can be cleaned with warm water and soap or placed in a sterilizer. Make sure they are completely dry before giving them back to baby.
